About us
Alpreal was founded in 2005 by Ajo Smedema and Karin Eegdeman. Since then we have been able to help a lot of foreigners finding a suitable apartment, house, chalet or gasthaus in Austria.
We do our very best to offer you a fine selection of Austrian property. Since we've been living in Austria for five years, we know the country as well as the Austrians very well from the inside.
We work together with several selected real estate agents and selected developing companies throughout Salzburgerland, Tirol, Vorarlberg, Carinthia and the Steiermark. Our main focus is the inner Alps where winter and summer alpine enjoyment can be combined.
