Pruggern is a small and quiet town in the heart of the alps, with several restaurants and everything the Austrian alps offers within close reach.

In winter, the Schladming-Dachstein region is at its best. In the region, you will find the larger ski area of Ski Amade. Rising above Schladming is the 4-Berge-Skischaukel, named after the four ski mountains of Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm, and only a short 20 minute drive from the apartments. Due to the good location and prestine snow conditions is an early start of the winter season guaranteed. 84 Modern gondolas and lifts, 100 traditional ski huts and about 230 km of perfect slopes await here throughout the whole winter. For everyone that needs the extra adrenaline kick, six funslopes can be found in the ski area. The Crosspark on the Reiternalm consists of a challenging route, which end with a jump over one of the ski huts, while the Superpark Planai offers several varying obstacles, from easy to advanced, leaving no wish unfulfilled. There is good reason for the fact that the known night slalom is taking place here every year. Apart from the Schladming ski adventures, there is a second ski area located at around 10 min of the apartments. The Galsterberg, a real family ski area, hosts about 20 km of slopes and is perfectly suited for beginners or for a more relaxed day on the slopes.

In summer, there is lots to enjoy in Pruggern and the region. Of course, there is an extensive network of hiking and biking trails. The Stoderzinken mountain rises up to 2048 meters and offers a stunning decor for nature trekking. Once at the summit, you can enjoy the panoramic view over the Dachstein and, when the weather allows it, views as far as the Großglockner are there to be enjoyed to the fullest. In the region around the newbuild apartments you will also find numerous mountain lakes, mountainbike trails, 2 golf courses, and a climbing park with 200 stations and a climbing distance of 2000 meter, making the adventure park the largest in Austria. More a fan of visiting the local cities? Schladming is nearby, and of course Hallstatt on the Hallstätter Lake are to be recommended!

The newbuild project consists of a total of 13 apartments. These apartments host 2 bedrooms and are being constructed with an eye on the environment: the apartments are fitted with underfloor heating, heated via district heating (Fernwärme) and solar panels. The insulation is of high quality and the windowframes are fitted with triple glazing and awnings. Of course, comfort is a priority, as there is an elevator available in the complex. The apartments have 1 balcony from which the surrounding views of the alpine world can be enjoyed. Every apartment has access to their own private storage, and a covered parking space is included in the price.

The cosy apartments are meant for touristic rental or permanent residence. You can rent out the apartments yourself or via a rental organisation.
