The winter provides everything a skier needs, with enough to explore at the nearby ski areas of Bad Mitterndorf - Tauplitz stretching 43km and Loser Altaussee hosting 34km of slopes.

Bad Aussee is a town with lots of facilities. The train station provides good connectivity. The town is the shopping centre of the region and hosts lots of variety regarding shops and restaurants. Bad Aussee is a known spa town, making it a perfect touristic hotspot with facilities as the thermal baths, a golf course, and a beautiful park which is the scenery for several concerts in summer and a daffodil festival in spring, among other activities. Looking for some variety? Visit the nearby towns of Hallstatt or St Wolfgang, head down into the nearby saltmines or pay a visit to the city of Salzburg. The apartment hosts a spacious living room with a typical Austrian open kitchen, fully equipped with the needed appliences as an oven and dishwasher. The bedroom is also spacious. The flooring consists of a parquet flooring. Recently, solar panels have been installed and the windows have been replaced by new windows consisting of well insulating triple glazing.
