For sale: chalet on 250m of skiing bus and close to the swimming pool in the charming village Wald im Pinzgau.The family skiing area of Neukirchen is from here reachable within about 5 minutes. The skiing area of Königsleiten is only a little bit further: about 15 minutes drive with skiing bus or car. These areas are ideal for skiing, winter hiking, sledding and other winter fun. Apres ski is directly on the slopes in Königsleiten or in one of the cozy restaurants or cafes of Wald.

In summer, this area at the edge of the National Park Hohe Tauern is perfect for all outdoor sports such as hiking, cycling and MTB. A trip to the famous Krimmler Waterfalls is also only a stonethrow away, these are located approximately 5km from Wald. Wald has a swimming pool with outdoor pool and sauna.

This chalet in typical Austrian look and feel is built in 2009. It has a living surface of 101 m2 divided over three floors on a garden plot of 192 m2. It is suited for up to 10 persons because of the bedroom with two bunk beds on the ground floor, but also one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with double bed as well as a bunk bed on the basement floor. There are also two bathrooms. In the bedrooms are parquet floorings, in the living room are tiles. An absolute highlight is the spacious terrace towards the south. Though you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view on the surrounding moutains even more from the living room with cozy kachelofen on the highest floor. Also the kitchen with dining table is fully equipped, with for example a coffee machine, kettle, stove, microwave and dish washer. In the garage underneath the chalet is room for two cars.
