For sale are these modern alpine new build chalets at a quiet location near the forest in Neukirchen. At 1100m above sealevel, only a few minutes walk from the ski slopes, you will find complete quietness but you're not far from civilization. The ski resort of Neukirchen is a family ski area, long queues are not at issue here. The village is a really cozy austrian village with shops, restaurants and bars, a bakery and a supermarket. Neukirchen has 45km of cross country skiing tracks. You can also find the longest toboggan track of Salzburg here!

These chalets are located in the heart of the National Park Hohe Tauern and is therefore surrounded by beautiful nature. There are many Hiking and mountain biking tracks. But also a climbing path at the Wildkogelbahn, swimming in one of the pools or lakes, visit the observatory in Königsleiten, the Tauern Spa in Kaprun, the castle in Mittersill are only a few of the many possibilities.

The property will be build in modern alpine style. The combination of natural materials like wood and stone will be accentuated by modern accessories which will give these chalets the authentic Austrian feeling. There will be 60 chalets in total, they will be a chalet village together. You will find everything you need during holidays right in the village: reception, restaurant, bar, swimming pond, children play ground, practising ski slope, ski lift, bus stop, etc. You can leave your car parked during your stay.

From the minute you walk into your home, you will feel at home in Austria. The chalets are build of luxurious materials, they have many wooden and stone details and you will feel at home immediately. Each chalet has its own sauna with restroom. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 bathroom has a tub. The large windows in the living room will allow you to enjoy the magnificient views on the National Park High Mountains even more. Furthermore, it also provides a very brigth and sunny living room. The kitchen is included in the purchase price and can be designed according to your own wishes. There are different furniture packages available. Each property will have 2 carport parking lots.

The rental of the chalet is fully organised. You will have nothing to worry about as the contact with the guest is 100% organised, from the first contact until saying goodbye and cleaning the chalet. The only thing you have to do is to make sure that you let the organisation know which weeks you want to spend in your own house!

Prices of the chalets are exluding VAT. When renting out to guests it is possible to reclaim the VAT at the Austrian tax authorities. Please ask us for details on this as we will be happy to guide you through this process.
