Apartmenthouse with 11 apartments Bad Gastein Salzburgerland

This apartment house is located at a sunny location near the town centre of the world known thermal village Badgastein. Town centre with its nice restaurants, shops, bars and casino is at walking distance. The skilift Stubnerkogel (68km slopes) and the Thermal spa are just a few minutes by car. Other skiing areas of the Gasteiner valley are also easy to reach, either by bus or by car. This region offers everything that touristic austria is famous for: great skiing, cross country skiing and walking, golf, walking, cycling, sauna and thermal spas, vivid villages and last but not least great views into the unspoiled mountains.

The apartment house exists of a main house with 10 apartments and a second house with 1 apartment and ski storage, garage and laundry room. Both houses were built in 1978. They look very attractive due to continuous optical renovations. Floorings are made with laminate, carpets and tiles. The heating is done with a system that takes cheaper energy during the night, this spreads the heat during the day (so called nachtspeicherofen). Window fences are made of wood. The apartments are being rented out during summer and winter at the moment. The Thermal spa in Badgastein attracts people the whole year round. The apartments will be handed over completely furnished (including some new furniture), so they can be rented out directly.
