Winter
The country house is a 10min drive from the Katschberg ski area. Here you will find a total of 80km of varied slopes, including a valley run of no less than 6km long. Due to the high altitude of the valley at 1100m, you can enjoy cross-country skiing in winter; the cross-country trail runs right past the house. Or how about wonderful winter walks in the snow? Besides the Katschberg ski area, there are 2 more ski areas nearby: Großeck - Speiereck near St Michael im Lungau and the very snow-sure Obertauern with over 100km of slopes.

Summer
In summer, the Lungau has a lot to offer: because the valley is wide, you can enjoy flat but also mountainous walks and cycling tours. There are also many side valleys with authentic Austrian mountain huts everywhere. By E-bike, you can get everywhere and find the most beautiful nature. By the way, there are many other outdoor activities: the golf course is 10min away, there is a rafting school and Mauterndorf is home to the highest airport in the Alps. The regional capital Tamsweg is a 5min drive away and offers shopping opportunities as well as a cosy medieval centre with many restaurants. If you want more extensive shopping, the A10 Tauernautobahn will take you to Spital an der Drau in just over half an hour and you can enjoy a swim in the lakes at Millstatt on the way back.

The mansion was built in 2011 and is therefore in very good condition. It is divided into 2 flats and has the possibility of an additional flat. The owner's flat is on the ground floor and is very spacious.
